Time Lapse Photography

The teens of the 808 Photo Club have gotten pretty good with the camera, so we decided to try something new: time lapse photography!

This involves using the Nikon's settings to take a series of photos a preset time apart. In our case, we took one picture every 5 seconds, and had the camera take 250 pictures. We were standing outside waiting for it to finish for 20 minutes, but it was worth it!

The teens of the 808 Music Crew have been busy this spring, laying down all kinds of new tracks with Mark. Check out some of our new music below. Make sure your speakers are LOUD!

Pasta Dinner!

The 808-812 Youth Council hosted another pasta dinner last night for our friends at the Inman Square apartments. The teens helped cooked the food, set up the room, and served as waiters/waitresses, hosts, and drink servers.

The teens did a great job with the event. We sold four of the Photo Club's pictures as well! We also raffled one off to a lucky diner.

Overall, the dinner was a great success and was a lot of fun. We enjoyed spending time with the elderly residents at Inman, and they seemed happy to have us.
